An audio plugin that serves as a white and pink noise generator you can employ in your tests and analyses or when trying to come up with interesting effects
What's new in MNoiseGenerator 14.08:
Has anyone tried Michael Stavrou's Pulsed Pink Noise Generator plugin (Stavs Pulsed Pink Noise Generator - Studio Stav)? I run Pro Tools on a Mac; the plug is VST and just runs on Windows. So I'm basically doubly f.cked. Stav's mentioned working on a Mac version as far back as 2010, so I'm not holding my breathe for that one.
- Added 'IR' button to toolbar (exports impulse response of current plugin settings) for MCabinet(MB), all equalizers and all reverbs.
- Improved 'Analyse source / Load' feature of MAutoDynamicEq and MAutoEqualizer - double clicking on a file no longer closes the window, but loads it and performs automatic equalization, useful when browsing several source analyses.
- Added back all upsampling ratios to 8x (then powers of 2 up to 1024x).
- Graph presets now convert ranges, so it doesn't matter from which plugin/subsystem it is stored to or loaded from.
Coming with support for both 32- and 64-bit Windows architectures, MNoiseGenerator is an audio plugin whose name is pretty self-explanatory. To be more specific, the software utility is a white / pink noise generator whose main characteristic is being easy to use.
The audio plugin could serve as a handy tool in analyses that require a test generator, but aside from that, relying on it in order to come up with creative audio effects is possible.
You might be interested in the fact that MNoiseGenerator’s visualization engine provides you with various time graphs and classic meters so that you are in full control of the creative process.
It is worth bringing into discussion the fact that the metering system supports customizations, which means you have a pretty flexible tool close at hand. Multiparameters are also integrated so that you put your imagination to the test, and a safety brickwall limiter is included as well.
As for the MIDI controllers, they boast the so-called MIDI learn functionality, and automatic gain compensation can be employed too.
In case you are wondering how fast the audio plugin can process your sounds, you can rest assured that its capabilities are more than decent. That is thanks to the fast algorithms MNoiseGenerator boasts, which means you can make the most of your GPU.
